- All RocketMattress.com items include FREE SHIPPING!! All orders received before 3pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped same day. Any orders received after this will ship the next day. If for any reason this is not possible we will inform you by email. Free shipping is not available outside the continental 48 states, to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. If you would like an item shipped to any of these areas please contact us for shipping quotes.

The information that you provide is used to process and send your order, we may also use the information to contact you if there is a concern with your order. You may also be contacted by us via email for feedback on our products and services and to provide occasional new product or special sale announcements. - 30 Day Sleep Test
- All RocketMattress.com products come with a 30 day sleep test. The test period begins when you receive the product. We suggest to all customers wanting to make a return to try the mattress for at least 7 days to allow their body to adjust to the different type of sleep system. Customers not wanting to keep their RocketMattress.com product within 30 days of receipt for any reason may contact RocketMattress.com Customer Service.
- Returns
- Returns are accepts for any reason during first 30 days of receipt. To arrange a return simply call RocketMattress.com customer support at 423-402-0185 for a RMA number. RocketMattress.com will issue a UPS call tag and the item will be picked. A full refund will be issued minus return shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
